I drove to Buea on Sunday for a special worship service and reception in honor of Pastor Henri Amabibi's 70th birthday. Here Pastor Amabibi receives gifts from guests near his two-tiered birthday cake.

The Magruders are United Methodist missionaries to Cameroon, via London, Long Beach and a small town in east Texas called Valley View. We love John Wesley, Walton re-reruns, professional sports teams from the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, U2, Jim Wallis, and Bob Dylan. Our mission in Cameroon is to make disciples of Jesus Christ by planting new congregations of the United Methodist Church.
